Out of the Blue” Austin has a passion for Rodeo. He competes in Rodeos including the Edmonton First Responders Rodeo where his event of choice is Saddle Bronc, but at this specific event he also competes in Chute Dogging.
Not only do Rodeos keep Austin from “feeling blue”, the First Responders Rodeo specifically supports other First Responders. Their goal is for you to “join them for a family-friendly event to promote interaction between First Responders and the public they serve in a Western lifestyle environment, all while raising funds in support of First Responder PTSD and Child Protection”
Our “Out of the Blue” series, a clever nod to the distinctive blue uniforms worn by our paramedics, is designed to showcase the remarkable projects, volunteer work, and various other endeavors our team members pursue outside their roles with Associated Ambulance that keeps them from feeling blue.
