“Out of the Blue,” you can find Natalie training for her first triathlon!
Natalie grew up as a competitive swimmer and then a few years ago she decided to sign up for a run in Jasper. She had so much fun, it inspired her to keep training.
Progressing through 5km and 10km runs, Natalie then decided her next goal was to sign up for a triathlon, a 1500m swim, a 40km bike ride and a 10km run!
Natalie has family support from her husband Richard and her pup crew, Murphy and Louie, who will be cheering her on this weekend!
Her piece of advice if you are considering road biking… Biking shorts are a must!
