“Out of the Blue” you can find Sarah-Lynn & Jason in a wide variety of places and roles. From being officers with Cold Lake Fire Rescue, keeping active in the gym and helping people with training and motivation, and previously competing in Bodybuilding competitions! Sarah-Lynn has been to nationals twice winning silver! Her next competition is right around the corner in 2 weeks! Good Luck!!!
Jason co-owns KNOCS Industries which is a pyrotechnics company and Sarah-Lynn also helps with some of the wiring. Jason also teaches with the local fire school and has previously taught at Portage College. He has a wealth of knowledge to share!
Both Jason and Sarah-Lynn also help out with the “Hearts for Healthcare” Galas and other events throughout the year.
If that all wasn’t enough, their families keep them busy with kiddos across a variety of ages and pets, including dogs, cats and a koi pond! Phew!
